While it is important to eat before you exercise, it is just as significant to eat a little something after you work out as well. The body needs a combination of both carbohydrates and protein to help repair and build muscle quickly in order to recharge the lost energy. Greek yogurt is a nutrient-dense snack with the perfect amount of digestible proteins to eat after your workout. It’s infamous for its high amount of probiotics, which helps with digestion.
