Oatmeal can be great to treat sunburned skin since it has soothing properties which can help the skin retain its natural moisture and reduce irritation, and for that you need to fill your bath tub with cool water and add one cup of oatmeal and mix well and then lay down in it for about half an hour and then you don’t need to take another shower, just get your body air dried and feel the difference.
