They are also attached to the other muscles and bones. With age and gravity when these muscles start to loose their tone, elasticity and become sag then the signs of age appear on face .It is the condition which we never want to see.

The facial exercises need patience, and persistency. After few days work you will notice the beautiful change appear on your face? Here are some of the facial exercises.

SIMPL EYE LID EXERCISE: Close your eyes and firmly press the upper eye lid over the lower eye lid.

SIMPLE EXERCISE FOR EYES: Close your eyes and while closing move your eyes up and down as far as possible. Repeat this process 10 to 15 times.

EXERCISE FOR CHEEKS: Take your three center fingers and place them on cheeks and push them down. At the same time raise your cheeks by smiling as hard as you can. While doing this keep your head at the back.

FOR LIPS: Suck your index finger as far as possible. Try it for 10 times. It will firm your lips. Place the finger tips under the eyes at the orbital bones. Apply the gentle pressure it will give the resistance to all the muscles above the orbital bones. While the resistance is applied close your eyes tightly. You will feel all the muscles around are working strongly. Repeat this at least 15 times. Do it daily because the muscles around the eyes get to be detoriated easily.

NECK: Sit on chair and tilt your head behind as looking toward the ceiling, keep your lips closed. Then move your lower lip toward the upper lip and keep for the count of ten. Repeat this 10 times.

CHIN EXERCISE: Sit on the chair and tilt your head behind looking toward the ceiling and round you lip and count to twenty. Repeat the same close and relax.
